Life is pretty simple. You’re at the bottom or at the top. What is your choice? Do you know what you want? Who you are? There are those who run roughshod over the world and those who are pure pavement. Decide who you are. Latin Scientists, Change In Advance, both companies are committed to being the lion in the room the pack-less animal– In essence we tear up the none predators. Its not a mean thing- its a fact. I could mince words and quote pacifists- but its falsehoods. You rise to the top or drown. Sink or swim. The question is simply do you have what it takes to rise to the occasion or will you be trampled?

Your focus determines your results. Simple fact. What you are focused in is what you will receive. Jerry Rice focused on being the best and you’d be hard pressed to find a greater wide receiver. Period. He played on broken ankles, with broken fingers and more. His focus was the difference between second place and first, (more on that later).
So my question is what are you focused on?
Do you wish to be the best or do you focus on the completion of the play that takes to be it?
Do you focus on the outcome or the roadblocks?
If you said the latter the sad part is you could have leaped right over those if your focus was razor sharp.
You see your focus dictates your victory. Not luck-
I’ve found the more I focus and work hard at completing what it takes to attain what I’m focused on- the more luck I have. Without focus you can get in the game but you can’t win.

81-year-old Warren Buffett — one of the richest men on the planet — got downright gangsta at the grand reopening of Jay Z’s 40/40 nightclub in NYC last night … throwin’ up the Roc-a-Fella sign … like a boss.
Jay and Buffett have been friends for years — and appeared on the cover of Forbes together back in 2010. As for the Roc hand sign — we’re told Buffett noticed people throwing it up in the club, so he asked Jay what it was. Once Jay informed him … the rapper personally instructed him how to make the hand sign … and they threw it up together.
