I read a long the go that by being ourselves we free others to do the same.  

This is a key facet of leadership.

Leaders don’t dictate, they empower. By setting a tone of authenticity employees​, partners, and teammates will do the same and this will build a dream team. When you have a team that are individualistic, and who aren’t hindered or impeded by having to fit a preconceived mold or notion you will see exponential growth.  

Remember, all our lives almost from the womb people are attempting to dictate or shepherd us in one direction or the other.  Our parents mean well but Are only human.  Instead of loathing them, see that they love, and lead with that love and be you.  This will set them free.

Applied to all relationships this simple leadership principle fosters relationships, increases productivity, and builds leaders.
