You are what YOU Think

It isn’t complicated folks, You are quite literally the sum of your thoughts.

The winner is a winner and the loser is a loser. If in your mind you tell yourself that you are an Olympiate- so you are.
Conversely, if your inner monologue dictates a zero sum worth, guess what happens- you are the loser you believe yourself to be. There is nothing so powerful as our thoughts.

In Think and Grow Rich we are introduced to Edwin C. Barnes whose unshakable belief in one idea lead him to it. His unwavering belief that he would partner with Edison got him exactly that, and made him vastly rich to boot.

Another example of this concept can be seen in gyms around the world:
Guy joins gym.
Guy lifts weights.
Guy lifts a lil more.
Then guy goes to lift a vastly larger some on the bench-press (substitute any preferred exercise that helps you visualize this better ).
How does he marshal the courage and physical ability to do so?
It is more than the weights and training and dedication.
It is the belief that he will lift the weight and do so properly despite the sheer poundage over his head.

we are always in control of our thoughts- so think grand, visualize amazingly, and succeed!!!

The Upsell: Paint a Positive Picture

Quick lesson:

In my current day job I’ve realized one thing- I’m great at putting positive spin on a product.

No seriously, I’m not bragging, we’ll maybe a little, but I’ve been able to get potential customers to see the upside of closing this transaction regardless of the plan they choose.

How this translates to you is simple. Show Value, and the customer will buy.

Is your high ticket item slightly out of your target market’s price range ?

Show Value. 

Client doesn’t see coaching as a necessary expense?

Show Value.

When the client sees that the trade off in value vastly exceeds what they put out in actual dollars they will commit.

Work is for suckers. 

Well, working for someone else is.

Get off the wheel, you aren’t a hamster.

Now I’m not advocating you quit your job.

Quite the opposite. 

Life will throw a thousand curve balls, and the minute you hit a ball or two- the pitch will change.

That scary part right there, yeah, that’s actually the fun part.

The question is are you willing to battle past the fear and move forward?

Do you possess the fortitude to reach beyond your grasp and seize a victory?
How you say?

-get up earlier. 

-read 20 minutes or more a day.

-write down what you want, goals,  ferrari, et al.

-write out a step by step strategy to obtain the above. 

find a mentor.

-sleep more. And that can be done by cutting out the tv and or beer and sports.

-repeat this process daily.

Want to close your prospects, Actively Listen to them

So you want to close your prospects and increase your sales in your direct marketing/mlm and recruiting business.

The best advice anyone is going to give you isn’t new.

It isn’t groundbreaking.

Heck, it’s probably older than the dinosaur!

Listen to understand. Period.

Hear what they say, think on it, wait a lil bit more, ask yourself what it means, then maybe, jusssssssssst maybe you reply. 

You see, often times everything you need to know to close the deal, or know to walk away comes out of the other person’s mouth- if, if, YOU are listening.

Listen, don’t just hear, and your sales will increase.

Your recruiting will increase. 

Success across the board – WILL INCREASE.
