1) Meditate
2) write out or verbally acknowledge 3 things you are grateful for upon rising in the am.
3) write out 2-4 goals for that Day ONLY.
Now everyone says you need multiple income streams.
And in most cases they are right.
Warren Buffet says you need multiple income streams.
He is arguably one of the greatest investors of all time, if not the number one.
However, today I have a different strategy for you.
Master One Income Stream.
Period.
A lot of newbies want to build a business with 4-6 methods of income.
But, if you could master one sector, let’s say life insurance, and build it up to a 6 or 7 figure business – wouldn’t that be Uber sensible?
Focus can be an amazing tool.
If you simply apply all of your efforts, passion, and focus to mastering one income stream it is quite possible you will have recurring revenue.
Now after that, move on to the next step.
Rinse and repeat.
How can You do this repeatedly you ask?
Let’s chat for details.

It’s a simple question really.
Is what you do, 40-60 hours a week, making you happy?
It is?
Great!
It isn’t?
Why the heck not?
I’d like 3 reasons from every single person who sees this article as to why they are not spending 80% of their building their dream gig.
Let’s chat.

Your thoughts dictate your future. Period.
Focus your mind.
Think big. Dream big.
These two actions come before massive growth in your life, business, mlm, et al.
Wake up and think of 3 things you are grateful for. Then make sure you spend 90 seconds focusing on what it is you will do, and what that will yield.
Today you will cold call 20 people. And in the near future this action will yield your first Porsche.

This mindset will work.
Simply substitute the cold calling and the Porsche for what it is you aim to accomplish and obtain.

So I was at a meeting talking about how my suit feels weird because I got bigger.
And so I needed longer ties….
You get the point.
So another guy walks up and goes on with this spiel about being a gentleman and how dying one is where it’s at etc.
You see he was thinking I was complaining or bemoaning the suit.
I told him I’m actually digging the suits and trying to re- tie my ties, so the knots would be exquisite.
Now I know what he was trying to say.
However, I’m a gentleman in my jeans and tees.
I’m a gentleman because my manner speaks volumes.
Women feel safe with me.
Kids love me.
People vote for me.
This isn’t boasting.
It’s a testament to the character my parents instilled in me.
My point this morning is simple.
You can be a gentleman in any get up.
And you SHOULD.
The bigger point is that you Need to be a gentleman- at all times.
There is no excuse to exhibit less than that.
I challenge every reader to “man up.”
If you are a Lady- you know what your equivalent is.
My basic point is that we should exude excellence at all times.
Period.

So I’m late with this post but I had an action packed day.
Actually I’ve home with a work injury but had two meetings today and my Wife’s birthday.
Now my day was great. Short too, except for that last meeting.
But isn’t that always how it is?
It isn’t the meeting,
Or the client,
or that last contract to get signed.
No.
It’s that feeling that you’re almost done.
Now- this article is two fold.
My second point will come first.
* You have to power through.
No Ifs, ands, or buts about it!
Close that last sale with Gusto!
Make them remember you marched out and they were glad you came!
Don’t shuffle out with your tail between your legs.
Build the dream.
Live THAT Dream!
How you live, how you act, will determine how many sales you close and how many people’s lives you change.
Period.
Now to my first point.
Work less.
Now this is not an exhortation to be lazy. It is the exact opposite.
I want,
NO
I Need you to work smarter not harder.
Working more hours won’t make you rich.
Working more hours won’t buy you a Rolex.
Working more hours will limit your ability to grow.
Working more hours will limit your time with family.
What will work is thinking through the problem.
Finding a way that you can have what you want, not just what you need is the key.
I strongly urge you to find a way to balance your time and money.
And after that blaze a rigorous path that will show you the path to freedom.
Need help?
Need advice?
Want to shoot the proverbial breeze?

Tony Robbins is spot on here.
This may just be more important than the ever popular “your network determines your networth”.
Who are you spending time with?
Do the add to your life?
Do they hold you to a higher standard or just buy you rounds @ happy hour?
Surround yourself with those who add value to your life and those who enrich your soul.

Now if you’ve followed my blogs and posts across social media you know I believe in daily To Do lists.
I firmly believe that they provide a simple guideline and a gauge of your follow through so you can have some accountability in your life and business.
I also recommend keeping lists for at least a week so you see the progress and can build off of it.
However, there are 2 problems with most people’s To Do lists-
They are unorganized and too long.
Your list needs to be actionable.
What does this mean?
Simply that you create a list based on building momentum by listing items by ease of action and necessity.
Do the key items first.
Then do the easy stuff.
If for you the opposite builds momentum, than by all means have at it.
Next your list shouldn’t be 60 items long.
Yeah you need to do all of these things- or they wouldn’t be on your list right?
However, this is a sure tactic to making you feel overwhelmed from the onset.
The quick fix here is to make a master list Saturday or Sunday, assuming you’re week starts Monday.
Then every day make a short list that addresses these items in an orderly fashion.
These two tweaks will help build momentum, which In turn will add clarity.
An ancillary benefit is that a rested mind sleeps and works better.
This will occur as you declutter your To Do Lists.
