Know Your Price Point

5 Jun

I actually don’t have much to say on this blog post. Sounds silly? Let’s see.

Know Your Price Point.
This is a biggie folks but its real simple.
Whether you are flipping homes or tee shirts, or used cars, heck if you have a new product- you Need to know where to price it/them at.

If you want 2000% percent return you better come correct.

In sales you Must know what the magic number is. And that magic number is equivalent to you recouping your cost, creating a healthy profit on top of that, and duplicating that sale repeatedly.

Why sell 1 tee for $500 when you can sell 1000 tees for $6?

Get the math there?

You have to know what your ideal customer will pay.
You have to know what your competition charges.
And you have to know your cost points.

Start there and when you know the numbers, email me.

I will crunch your numbers into feasible projections for the first 3 people who email me.

Gold Built the Global Economy?

13 Feb

“Gold, measured out, became money. Gold’s beauty, scarcity, unique density and the ease by which it could be melted, formed, and measured made it a natural trading medium. Gold gave rise to the concept of money itself: portable, private, and permanent. Gold (and silver) in standardized coins came to replace barter arrangements, and made trade in the Classic period much easier…

A monetary standard made the world economy possible. The concept of money, (i.e., gold and silver in standard weight and fineness coins) allowed the World’s economies to expand and prosper.

Money had been invented. Its name was gold.” ~ A brief History of Gold, onlygold.com

Wealth From Another Perspective

9 Feb

This is what wealth looks like.

Not used to this right?
Seems odd, counter intuitive right?

Not exactly.
While not a precious metal, copper is still up 300% over the last decade (give or take- do your own research folks).

As an extremely useful metal it has vast industrial applications and some people believe it is both a store of wealth and a hedge against inflation.
What does Copper mean for you?

What should you do?

That is up to you.

This post was merely to show you what 3lbs of copper looks like.
What wealth can look like.
What options may be available for you.

Hey maybe you just like collection metals.
Maybe you like diversified investments.
Maybe you think I’m an idiot.
Heck, there is always a chance you are right! -And I’m the uber fool.

Either way.
This short article is just to get you thinking folks.
