Surrender is freedom

Surrender is freedom

I could write you, my readers 100 articles on

how to make momey,

How to save money,

how to blog,

how to market,

and so on and so forth.

But it would all be worthless.

You see I am learning now I have to surrender.

Surrender my fear.

Surrender my angst.

Surrender my procrastination.

By giving up trying to control everything myself, in my flesh, I am finding peace and strength.

Now there is nothing wrong with a plan, a controlled effort exerted to predict and control outcomes.

But if we don’t surrender control of the negatives in ourlives we do not make way for positives.

Think of it this way: if my pantry is stocked with goods that expired in 2016, I can not eat them. And if I do not discard them then there is no room for fresh supply.

What are you holding onto?

What have you not surrendered?

Uber’s first self-driving car pulls out onto the streets of Pittsburgh – Roadshow

10 Jun

Everyone loves Uber.

It’s hip, trendy, and an industry disruptor.

ALL the elements of a good spy novel.

Okay, I’m kidding.  This is no Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy.

However there is a side to this story I’m betting most people have missed- The job killer this will be.

UBER, while providing new forms of jobs is killing its predecessor jobs.

But I’m not talking about those jobs.

I’m talking about the multiple industries and service industries that will disappear when the cars don’t need us.

Now, why is this important to you?

Simple- are you waiting for UBer or one of its’ Silicon Valley friends to disrupt the industry that you eek out a living from?

IS your income/salary/living in someone elses hands?

Why?

Not long ago I realized I’d never be paid what I was worth as long as I had a boss.

It was a sobering thought, but liberating as well.

Want to join me in firing “The Boss?”

Are you ready to live up to your full potential?

Nuff said.
Stop working for. 49-52% of your wages, and most likely despising it.
Now that’s the definition of insanity if I ever heard it.
Figure out what you love, and Monetize it.
There is always a way if you are willing to go hard and never quit.
Immediate decisive action on this path will lead to fulfillment, and income. 😉
