RIGHT THE WRONGS FOUNDATION LLC: WHY DON’T WE SUPPORT THEM EN-MASS?

May 21, 2013

Folks, I’ve been real blessed.

And I don’t mean what my parents did for me.

The last 4 months I’ve had the privilege of sitting with an amazing group of men and women who want nothing more than to give and or give back,  \You see there are people who never had who  refuse not give back.

There are also individuals who have had and refuse not to give beyond the scope of their existence.  And in a day and time where the average inner city community member is labeled as greedy, selfishly zealous, or just pure ignorant I’ve been blessed to sit and speak with leaders and visionaries who spend all of their time consumed in one mission: giving back.

On April 23rd I was privileged to sit with Javier Saldana of  RIGHT THE WRONGS FOUNDATION LLC.  And this brother was the real deal.

RIGHT THE WRONGS FOUNDATION LLC is about giving back and job creation.  It is literally that simple.  Now I can break down their mission statement for 8 pages but it boils down to a sincere drive to put people back into the work force.  It doesn’t end there either.  the long term goal is to create a viable workforce with longevity.  not a flash in  the pan, one term measure of growth- but real numbers.  And beyond the numbers are the people.  Jobs have been a lot more scarce since 2007 or so.  And while there is a lot of talk about jobs and helping the average Joe- I don’t see much folks.

So What Can We Do?

We can support Javier Saldana and RIGHT THE WRONGS FOUNDATION LLC.

Why?

BH: What does RIGHT THE WRONGS FOUNDATION LLC do?

JS: We provide the skills and tools for employable longevity to those we serve.

BH: Expound on that please.

JS: In the world of business and industry there are jobs.  In fact there is a deep need, about 2 million open spots.  And while we cannot provide the exact training job for job, we can reinforce the basics and lead a multi-generational movement in workplace intelligence and etiquette.

BH: So you have a multi point plan, break that down deeper for my readers please.

JA: Simply put, there are three key facets: Employ-ability, interviews, and etiquette.  These facets, when mastered increase the ability of any individual to rise beyond their daily existence to become pivotal players, leaders, and integral parts of their communities.

BH: Is college the answer?

JA: Not always.  Simply put there are individuals that school simply isn’t meant for.  But they may got to their local McDonald’s and start from the bottom and rise to become a regional vice president or better.    Skill sets are vastly suitable for a large percent of the population, especially when we build them up so their esteem and self-profitability become more than concepts, and rise to be innate traits.

BH: So the main goal then is?

JS Sustainability.  It has never been about getting them a job and walking away.  The goal is to create a fulcrum of pure, sustainable, community based growth. In the end it isn’t jobs- it is a life skills set that leaves the community at large enriched.

BH: So if I hear you right you don’t advocate college over a career plan?

JA: Not at all.  As a species we are vastly diverse.  So to expect the same result from all of the species is redundantly ignorant.  instead we aim to meet the needs of the population as a whole.  From that perspective success becomes synonymous simply with action.

BH: Could we sum up the general flow then as 1st knowing your mindset. And 2nd acting accordingly?

JA:YES.

How To Make Money ($) Blogging

How To Make Money ($) Blogging

YOU can make money blogging. Let me repeat that: You can make money blogging. It isn’t fantasy or fiction. Its only a matter of discipline and follow through.
I’ll list a few ways and tips below.

Affiliate Sales.
Love Amazon? Post your affiliate link on your blog for items you recommend. Why not make money off of the very education you culled from various books and sources.
Have a mentor? I do. And he has all kinds of great affiliate options. Not only did I make money but the items I sell are amazing. He packs value into every sale- (Thanks Ray Higdon). Anything that is worth having has an affiliate program. Set your blog up properly and people will click out of sheer curiosity. And we all know that a percentage of all clicks will buy. Free money, too good to be true? No just a click away.

Sell Your Value.
Webinars, courses, mentoring, audios- all have great potential. But the yield is zero if you don’t offer them. Offer webinars once a month for the dedicated few. Then watch that small number become large profits. One on one mentoring is highly profitable. You say, ‘hey tony I don’t know enough to sell jack squat!’. The answer there is look at how many people have 0 knowledge. You zero. If you can help people skip a few pitfalls they will pay. Time is money so why not save them time and make you money. Everyone wins. And for those that don’t want to “create” their competition, sorry folks- competition will only make you stronger if you are truly hungry. Also not everyone who buys will compete. Sell audio courses and mentoring every chance you get. People love freebies so do 3 for 2. Heck do 2 for 5. Its all profit and almost sero risk. You do the math.

adsense and its cohorts.
Adsense and the like can be useful. You may make a great deal of income on the side from it. I’ve used it in the past. The one caveat is that you don’t control directly what they post. I prefer the affiliate route for additional income.

Also don’t just mercilessly plug your primary company over and over. Network marketing is cool, but if all you do is harp on it you lose fans and future teammates. Also your existing company and team members won’t push your blog if its only focused on one product. That laser focus you’re bragging on is cutting into your income potential. It’s cutting your traffic and unique visitors to pieces as well. Focus on traffic. Blog consistently. It will bring you what adsense, and zealous focus on one product doesn’t. .

Lastly-
Talk about only what you know and like.
Don’t waste time talking about cars when Harley Davidson is your poison of choice.
People can smell the authentic. They know if you are wasting their time. It comes out your pores. It is reflected in your words. Make a choice, stick to it. And be original, be you. The readers love that.

DO THE THING THAT SCARES YOU

DO THE THING THAT SCARES YOU

I’ve been pretty blessed lately. I’ve got good friends, good family, and even my cats are pretty neat. They act more like dogs. At work I’m happier than I’ve been in years and I’ve even got some sick days stashed away lol (come on you guys feel me right?).
So everything is fine and dandy, but Tony has no candy. What’s that you say?
Basically I’m not where I see myself needing to be. I’m missing a few keys actions and its slowing down my forward motion.

Fear and inaction are my enemies at this moment and its time and while I whip myself into shape I figured I’d share a few lessons I’m learning.

Momentum.
I’m losing momentum. Yikes. I’m not pleased but its real. How? I’m just not doing what I need to. I get this amazing rush and a huge flurry of action and then I rest on ly laurels and lose almost all of it. Not good.
Folks be better than me. Ride your momentum beyond even its ability to grow your brand.

Not talking to enough ppl.
This is perhaps my biggest fear and biggest set back. I don’t care what your opportunity is, or your vision or your coin aka worth. People make a business a success. Remember the pet rock? People had to buy it to make it real. And I’m a people person in every genre except my business.
Funny huh.
I made RIM $$$$ with the people I convinced that blackberry was superior. Same for my gym and many supplements. And when it comes to my two current ventures I hit a brick wall. I did an insurance business and made money- and fast. It was exciting, fast paced and arduous. And it yielded great fruit. However since that venture I’ve had mixed results. I’ve made money in every venture since that one, yet nothing as good. The biggest reason is I speak less. The internet is building empires without question. However I’m leaving my best tool in the toolbox: ME. I am a closer. A solid salesman. But fear has me talking to less people than my desires warrant. My mentor said as much in a 20 minute call. Ouch right?
So to combat this fear I’ve decide to speak to 3 people a day about my opportunity. And then 3 more about my blog. I’m divvying up my efforts. I’m refusing not grow. Not to reach my apex of greatness. Meet me there.
Not committing enough time.
I give time, no question.
I’m not giving enough.
Make a set parameter and follow its rubric daily. What’s that mean? A lot at least 20 minutes a day and work the hell out of that 20 minutes. Your success directly corresponds to the time you’re willing to put in.

“Expose yourself to your deepest fear; after that, fear has no power, and the fear of freedom shrinks and vanishes. You are free.”

Action Reading List

Ok folks I’ve got a few books on my list that I think everyone should read. Its a short list and I’m going to skip Napoleon Hill et al because we as entrepreneurs are inundated with the likes oh him, The Secret, and many others. Not knocking them per say I just think a different avenue and a fewsh eye/perspective is more useful these days.
Let’s face it; the economies changed. The needs of the people have as well. So we as entrepreneurs and marketers need to be innovators and leaders. Not to mention educators, students, and help-mates to the masses.
And in that vein I present you my top 7 books you need to read.

The Charge.
By Brendon Burchard, this book is no nonsense and a great read. Not his first but my first read of his tomes. Recommended to me by the Great Ray Higdon (@rayhigdon).
This book will help clear your focus and activate your drives. Truly groundbreaking in my humble opinion.

Rogue Warrior.
Richard Marcinko’s autobiography of how he started Seal Team Six. This man was an innovator, achiever, and believer. He believed in his country and himself. Nothing stopped him from being the best. Great read with an easy format. A guy in the first mlm I made money with recommended it to me and he was right.

48 Laws of Power.
By Robert Greene, one of my fave reads ever. It is considered ruthless by some but the lessons are useful. Also its historical references and layout are vastly intriguing. I’d buy it twice. I won’t say more because the book speaks for itself.

33 Strategies of War.
Another classic by Robert Greene. I love this guy. Having bought all his books I can clearly tell you that this one is as much a game changer as 48 Laws of Power.

Steve Jobs.
The acclaimed biography by Walter Isaacson is a no holds barred look into the life of Jobs. Indeed it could be called a dig as Isaacson went down the rabbit hole that was Jobs. There is a treasure trove of knowledge to be had here and a great read as well. One of the books that is truly amazing my mind. It excites and inspires at the same time.

The One Minute Millionaire.
Mark Victor Hansen and Robert G. Allen, two literary geniuses in their own right with sales that astound. True innovators and creators. The team up for this book is amazing. It has a fictional and factual counterpart wrapped up in one book. Truly amazing and the one book I’ve read as many times as 48 Laws of Power. I literally learn every time I read it. I got it 30% off but after reading it know I would have paid 60% extra to own it.

Rich Dad Poor Dad.
Rober kiyosaki at his best. Some hate him. Some don’t. Overall I like the guy. While I’ve taken his courses too I think I’m going to stick with the books. This first one I have purchased three times. What I do is read it and give my copy to someone else. Its a great book for opening the eyes of the reader.

BONUS:
Heavy Hitters Magazine aka HH.
Not a book but a staple in my collection.
Indeed it is the only magazine I buy. Every two months it features insane quotes, cars, and profiles of self made entrepreneurs. People who most of us can relate to.
The most inspiration you can buy for $6 bucks. Guaranteed.

Economic Reality?

11 Oct

“Gentlemen, I have had men watching you for a long time and I am convinced that you have used the funds of the bank to speculate in the breadstuffs of the country.

When you won, you divided the profits amongst you, and when you lost, you charged it to the bank.

You tell me that if I take the deposits from the bank and annul its charter, I shall ruin ten thousand families. That may be true, gentlemen, but that is your sin! Should I let you go on, you will ruin fifty thousand families, and that would be my sin!

You are a den of vipers and thieves.”

— Andrew Jackson (7th US President, when forcing the closure of the Second Bank of the US in 1836 by revoking its charter)

To RAP or not too RAP (that is the question) By T3

To RAP or not too RAP (that is the question)

So, as a self proclaimed lyricist I have to say I’m quite sick of rap. We went from being the moving force to being a marketing one. And its ugly. I grew up with Live at the Barbecue, 36 Chambers, The Infamous, and a few others that were game changers. As a poet first and lyricist later rap exploded larger than life in my mind and my ears. As a teen I went through so many Walkmans I should probably send a check to my dad. I stole his headphones, broke even more Walkmans and then had the audacity to play that jungle music as loud as I could get away with.
Its funny looking back but I remember when words were lined with provoking thoughts and slick soliloquies- and to me I couldn’t live without the words or the girls. Now as a full fledged adult I find it disheartening that marketing is all that’s left of hip hop in the mainstream. Let’s unpack this.

Anyone know of the Jungle Brothers? Or GURU? How about Poor righteous Teachers and Wise Intelligent? Heard the tracks Hurricane Sturang or Wordsmith? These are songs by artists who are amazing. Their style, intelligence, and delivery is obvious to even the most benign poser. However I’d bet you don’t know Sturang of OGC or Chino XL who penned Wordsmith which is the most amazing homonym I’ve heard. Know what a homonym is? Words that sound the same but have different meanings. I’m weak this week- get it? Cool.
Kool G Rap, Rakim and Canibus are a few word wizards I won’t even discuss because they are epic and half of the rap fans won’t listen or aint heard of em. Suffice it to say their greatness is unparalleled. These men twisted words at a whim. To create whole worlds on wax was nothing.

Now I’m jumbling names and eras and I’m sure I’ll piss off a few fans and hip hop heads. Honestly I don’t care. My beef is with the marketing devils that have raped hip hop in pursuit of a fiscal agenda that is to rap what stage four cancer is to a child. Ouch!- I know. However let’s backtrack a bit more.
Everyone remembers Tupac as a leader, poet rapper, and activist. I purposely didn’t include him. Yes he was larger than life. And yes his themes were sick, and needed. Brenda’s got a baby- ridiculous. Dear mama, of course. But on a whole his work was uninspiring and not legendary or classic. Before you label me a heretic let me expound on it. The guy did like 3000 tracks and most are wack! That’s not good rap. Good work ethic yes but that’s it.
However even he was speaking his mind and I salute that. Nowadays we don’t even have a Pac. Hell Big L is gone too! Anyone who could speak truth about their world and transcend it while droppin’ science and true skills are gone. Nas and Jay-z are still here too but I got bones to pick with them.
-Nas not so much. I always know where Nas stands. He does the music he wants and I always get great music and themes. Concepts that evolve as I listen and some that even Rewind (great track). I just want more.
-As for Jay-z, I’m disgusted. To me he is amazing rapper, but no lyricist. And as he transforms himself from man to mogul deeper and deeper he takes rap with him. All marketing and cliches. Cheap pauses filled with marketing. Okay I’m being a jerk but I’m not pleased. All I hear about is Sean Carter and his creations. No more originality. No more truth. Just success stories and chest pounding. Ugh. And a man in his position could be giving true lyricists a chance all day. But he won’t. As not more that a rapper he may not know how. We may relate to his stories, and as such we love them- but that isn’t a lyricist make.
And as for Cam, Diddy, Birdman, Wayne and all the other clever little peacocks- take a hiatus please. Enough bragging and whores. Enough rented whips and cribs.
Enough pretending.
You are all selling out just for a dollar.
How about doing what you love?
How about not objectifying women and schooling the youth in drugs clothes and hoes?
Guess it isn’t worth it to lead when you can follow…

And so I stand at the precipice, a man with a career and a dream as well. And yet I abhor the idea that I’d become the very fools who parade and preen in gaudy rented jewels and womens clothes. I loathe the idea of being that guy signed to live nation for the cheddar- and my real fans can’t afford the tickets. As it stands I rarely record. I have, no question. And its awesome. The pen is mightier than any sword and creates a bond between me and intelligent people, readers, my friends and even my blackberry lol. I copped my first smartphone just to get a full size qwerty keyboard. That Nokia 9300 damn near built my career as a lyricist. At the least it made me happy. And I penned marvelous stories, poems, soliloquies, and so on late into the night. My love for words demands satisfaction. It demands retribution for the death of real Hip Hop. However I prefer the shadows. I write for me. I rhyme for my friends. I share my prose with the few who know what hip hop is. I write for the sake of writing. To expand my knowledge and the truth of rap.
However the game don’t love me. It only wants me to give what it wants, to sell its products. I won’t endorse fools. I won’t sellout. And so as I write this I find myself still in a quandary.

To RAP or not too RAP,that is the question.
For now I think ill J Edgar it and keep my secrets.
Peace,
T3

Productivity Plan (no frills, no sales, just facts)

Productivity Plan
(no frills, no sales, just facts)

Productivity not activity my friends. A lot of people will focus on action as that seems to be the best. However do you swim?
Ever tread water?
Yeah, exactly you’re going nowhere. And sure you’re keeping afloat- but is that what you wanted out of life? I bet not.

Average is not our intended purpose and I always say can’t isn’t in a man’s vocabulary. So let’s cover some quick steps to increase your productivity.

-Don’t be on auto-pilot.
Have you got your game plan? Are you running through the motions. Don’t. We all have needs and goals and a system at work. Learn yours.
More on this here: http://bit.ly/OiUZdp

-Self development plan.
You have to grow. Period. You don’t, your income doesn’t. Your quality of life doesn’t. Your business, yup it won’t either. Momentum can take you places. No question. However if you don’t grow you will not keep it. Life only works when you work. And your number one goal is to grow yourself. Commit to yourself. When you work on you everything else falls into place.
If you’re winging it chances are at a certain point you will make a bad decision. Skip that. GROW YOU.

-Understand value.
Its not about your perception of value but whether or not you actually add to the market place.
A lot of people think they create value when they do what they like, how they like. I like to write, no question about that- but I want to give back here. So I do my homework. I ask questions. I research. And when a concept comes together that will deliver the value, I write. Value comes in many forms. To make sure you give value- see what people think of what you do, your output and performance.
Taken a step further and its also about what you add to your community. The neighbor who doesn’t care isn’t helping. The one who looks out for you in invaluable. You both gain a friend, an ally and peace of mind.
Get the gist?

-Basic marketing concepts are a must.
I’m still learning these concepts. But without a knowledge of key marketing concepts you will stutter start often.
Know how to reach your target group.
Know your marketing needs and strategies.
Dan Kennedys Ultimate Sales Letter is a good start point.

-Outcome isn’t everything.
Don’t worry about how it ends but how you do. When you focus only on closing you will lose recruits and clients. When all you want is home runs. You will miss a base hit waiting on that perfect pitch. The less I care what happens and more about what I’m doing- the better my results. See the correlation?

-Exercise Daily.
Exercise frees the mind. It clears the intellect to create and comprehend as well. Exercise will also stave off sickness which means you have less down time thus creating more time for business. You can exercise at home.
Get an app, take the stairs, and park further away.
Join a gym.
Any option to increase your physical activity.

-Create a routine.
A simple one you can stick too.
A plan that will increase performance.
This will. Increase value and breed success. And the best part is that it doesn’t have to be a marathon. It doesn’t have to be endurance based either. Its not a marathon. Its a habit. Its a tool. An easy routine will ensure success. It will create value. And when you tell people to do this- they will see that you have. And that means- they can do it too! Being able to reproduce what they see is a fast way to increase results.
Make the routine, stick with it, have integrity.

RICH CAT, POOR CAT.

29 Aug

Even my cat is reading Rich Dad Poor Dad!!!

Even my cat knows we need to get our global financial purses in order.
Now it seems funny. Heck it is.
However the sad truth is not enough people are focused on their financial education. Even fewer people are focused on their financial well being. The average American is simply following what their payroll secretary instructs them to do. No offense to the payroll secretaries of the world but they are not financial advisers. They do not have to be. It isn’t a requirement. And in fact in many ways they don’t have your best interest at heart. They may round your overtime down per instruction. Hey legal or not that puts them against the dollars you earn when you trade sweat equity for a paycheck. below I’m going to give you my ideas on a few investments, assets, financials you need and or don’t. Ahead of time let me say I am NOT, repeat NOT a financial advisor. I’m just a well read, educated guy from the city that learned the hard way. Feel free to challenge me on redirect- also known as the comment section.

-Investments.
Many people are banking on investments they don’t understand and don’t control to see them through to the end. Regardless of. Lifespan. Sadly after the last crash- the game of economics has changed. I’m not being callous either. Your life isn’t a game but when you let strangers play with your money and wish for the best- you are doing worse than a guy who plays monopoly with his dog. Solution: ask questions. Find out what the fees are. What is your guaranteed ROI aka return on investment. If you can’t understand the product they sell you- Walk away. They get paid to educate you and serve you! Investments don’t have to be stocks and bonds. They can be metals, rental properties, reits, and many more. Look around. Educate Yourself.

-Assets.
Assets build for you essentially. A house you own free and clear is an asset. A sack of junk silver, also known as a bag of coins with no numismatic value and a high amount of silver in them, that’s an asset. A Porsche is not an asset. A cool toy and a burden on your wallet is what a Porsche is.
A rental property with positive cash flow every month is an asset. A home you live in with a mortgage is not an asset in my opinion. If you can lose it or you can’t pay it off in one swipe, then it is a burden. Now people with mega bucks may use a mortgage and a jumbo loan to create certain incentives and complicated fiduciary vehicles to benefit them. I’m not that guy and most of is aren’t either. So skip them lol. In essence an asset puts money in your pocket.

-Liabilities.
Back to the Porsche. Its awesome. I want one. I drive a Honda Accord sedan. You family can and no kids lol. I’m trying to plan ahead. My car is not an asset either. When I leased it however I had a nice tax write off for my home business. See how you can work things? Your home- sorry. Liability like I said before. Mortgage, insurance, maintenance, hoa dues, water bill, electricity- the list goes on. And heaven forbid your boiler or hvac system goes. Got 10 grand sitting around? The play station 3 and surround sound system your kid had to have- pricey liabilities. Oh and the 70 inch Sharp Aquos. Great tv. Li-a-bi-li-ty! Now you need shelter and transportation but evaluate your means and needs. Nothing wrong with having wants too. However find a balance. Don’t be ignorant. Don’t keep up with the jones’. Build your future.

-Physical wealth.
I love physical wealth. Gold, silver, platinum palladium- AMEN! These are my ideas of Assets and Investments. Gold has historically been a way to hedge against inflation and store wealth. Silver as well. Silver coins are highly collectible and can be fun to collect and teach the kids money lessons with. Sealed, signed, graded coins are considered numismatics and can gain value beyond their weight in silver or gold. You can buy junk silver as well. Try this- sort your silver coins for a week. Anything from 1965 or early has a decent chunk of silver in it. A 1960 nickel is 2 bucks. The quarter is 8 bucks. Now of course this all depends on silvers value as adjusted daily, but I assume you see the idea. Questions or want more info on this- reach out to me asap.

-Savings accounts.
Both are good. You should save a portion of every dollar you make until you die. No excuses. No usage. Ask your bank to remove $25 bucks from every check, $10 if you can’t squeeze it out. This way it goes right to savings and you don’t spend by accident. Putting money away for Christmas, or a new car is smart too.

-Emergency fund.
This builds off of the previous. We all need x amount of dollars set aside for life’s hardships. Suze Orman says save six months of living expenses. I concur but that’s a lot of money for all of us. So start with 1000 dollars as your initial goal. You can get there faster than you think.

-Fees.
This is money you can use to build that emergency fund.
checking fees are killing most people. Use direct deposit or get the most basic service you can.
Monthly installment geico vs 6 months upfront. This will save you 60 dollars a year. If you make the payments upfront you skip the fees. Life insurance does the same and so do many other payments. Mortgage and car- send am extra 100 bucks a month to- THE PRINCIPAL. This will reduce interest and fees. It will also add about a payment a year. Lastly this kind of math will take years off your mortgage and months or years off your car loan. Think folks.
Lastly- you don’t need the Cable gold package. You want it. Get the basic. Heck, get Netflix and only the internet. That 80 to 100 dollars you save monthly will give you 960 to 1200 dollars a year!

Are you with me yet folks?
There is money in your wallet/purse. You have to want it though. Do you need change? Tired of the boss? Want to get rid of debt. Well I just gave you some concepts and strategies and info you may not have been privy to before. Use it. Grow.
And remember:

ZEEK REWARDS SHUT DOWN!!! (a quick lesson)

19 Aug

ZEEK REWARDS SHUT DOWN!!!
(a quick lesson)

So Zeek Rewards and their mlm model and bid site and sale site are shut down.
A Ponzi scheme the Attorney General said. Interesting. Now there are many people signing petitions to get back in. A fellow network marketer I know had about eight grand in Zeek and was doing a couple hundred a day in income. He even made twelve hundred dollars in one day! However he never took his profits out. He let it “keep bubbling” as he put it. Now he will get his money back most likely and no profits.
Now I’m not here to malign the company or my friend. Or even prey on those Zeek people who still need a good opportunity.
I just want to discuss a few parameters and educate my readers.

So let’s let this ramble and you guys guide me with your replies.

-Lost credibility.
The guy who brings you into this venture, if it was zeek or any other may have lost credibility now. And this will largely depend on how he got you to join and how he mentored you. If he did the quick sale and sold you pipe dreams you probably resent him now. In all fairness people you are to blame. First his sales pitch, speech, spiel etc is wrong. He should have been teaching and guiding you into a point of being a pro at the venture and any others you go to. That’s a leader. That’s the guy you join. He is a mentor. Second if you fell for a quick, no need to recruit business you got had- by your greed. Zeek had a three tier sponsorship/buy-in. So how did u make $$$$ without getting in the ppl at the top? Yup, I looked at zeek. And put no money in. It didn’t look kosher. I won’t plug my venture here. Its not the time. But I will say that when you do network marketing- and you DON’T NETWORK- you will LOSE. Sorry. Its true. Get on the phone. Meet and greet. Make the commitment and you won’t have to worry about their credibility or yours.

-Never promise the sky.
I don’t care if you work for the FAA- never promise more than you can deliver. I had a teacher say always promise less and deliver more. The reason being that if you do less they expected that. If you do more they are pleased. Once you promise the best output you have to deliver. Now I say aim for that. That’s smart. Its feasible. However you need to set achievable goals. And make only promises YOU can keep.

-Who did they want to recruit?
Zeek sounded awesome. Money with no effort or just a few messages and emails and even more money. Now if Zeek recruited anyone who bought the dream they were going to lose anyway. You don’t recruit the last place guy to play in the USA team in the Olympics right?

-Who do u recruit?
*Listeners. The people who don’t ‘know it all.” The people who will listen and ask questions. They grow. They yield results.
*Those willing to fail. Sorry but failure is part of growth. Every toddler falls while learning how to walk. Every runner loses a race. The hungry get up and learn to cook. They catch a meal and cook it. Same in business. The ones who want it will get it. I’ve only grown out of hunger. And failure. Failure has made me a better man than I could explain in 5 blogs.
*Those willing to put the work in.
You don’t get rich doing nothing. You get rich working. You get a house by building it. And the same in a business. Put in the sweat equity. Put in the hours blogging. Let yourself be a slave to your tasks. The guy who practices makes his shots. The guy who gets six rings is Jordan. He trained HARD. Tiger Woods: TRAINS SUPER HARD. You make 0% of the shots you don’t take. So practice taking those shots. 3000 practice shots gets you key tournament shots. Go for the gold. In network marketing- speak to every stranger you SEE!! And remember:
Everyone wants to play, no one wants to lose.

“Some people claim that it is okay to read trashy novels because sometimes you can find something valuable in them. You can also find a crust of bread in a garbage can, if you search long enough, but there is a better way.”—Jim Rohn
